The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, aligning Arrow resources with partner priorities, and driving mutual growth in the State, Local Government, and Education market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-year degree.
• 10+ years of customer facing direct sales experience.
• Proven track record selling to SLED (State, Local Government, Education) in the Southern US.
• Enterprise SaaS and services sales experience with margin focus.
• Experience selling through distribution channels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Salesforce forecasting and analytics.
• Self-starter, gritty, coachable, and team-oriented leader.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the SLED market across the Southern region.
• Collaborate with channel partners and resellers to drive sales within the SLED market.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including government officials and educators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs and compete effectively.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase value.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with favorable outcomes for Arrow and partners.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to senior management.
