Arrow Electronics is seeking a Southeast SLED Field Channel Manager to serve as the primary advocate for strategic reseller partners across the region. You will build long-term relationships with government, education, and procurement leaders, align Arrow resources, and drive mutual growth.

The role requires a consultative approach, a 4-year degree, and 10+ years in customer-facing direct sales, with travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• 10+ years of customer facing direct sales experience.
• Proven track record in selling to the SLED market in the Southern US.
• Enterprise SaaS and services sales with margin focus.
• Experience selling through the distribution channel.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and forecasting skills.
• Self-starter, coachable, and team oriented.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• US citizenship due to federal government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the SLED market in the Southern region.
• Collaborate with channel partners and resellers to drive sales within the SLED market.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government officials, procurement officers, and educational administrators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that align with client needs.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals with favourable terms for both parties.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
