Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Southeast SLED Field Channel Manager to lead and nurture relationships with strategic reseller partners in the South region. You will drive revenue growth in State, Local Government, and Education sectors with a consultative approach and cross-functional collaboration.

You'll develop strategic sales plans, collaborate with partners, and tailor solutions to client needs while delivering compelling presentations and accurate forecasts for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• Minimum of 10+ years in customer-facing direct sales.
• Proven SLED market sales success in Southern US.
• Enterprise SaaS and services sales experience with margin focus.
• Experience selling through the distribution channel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to hit revenue targets in the Southern SLED market.
• Collaborate with channel partners and resellers to drive sales.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Build relationships with government officials, procurement officers, and educators.
• Work with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms.
• Provide accurate forecasts and reports to senior management.
