Job summary

Rubrik seeks a SLED Account Executive in the Midwest to own bookings growth across Minnesota, Iowa, and neighboring markets. You will prospect, qualify, and close opportunities in public sector and higher-education segments, collaborating with SEs, Channel Development, and Rubrik Channel Partners to exceed quotas.

The role emphasizes new logo acquisition, large enterprise deals, and a strong channel-first approach to accelerate growth within a fast-evolving data-protection and AI operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of tech sales experience.
• Proven SLED experience in North Central markets.
• History of landing net-new logos in SLED sales.
• Strong experience with channel partners.
• Track record of sales over-achievement.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute territory strategy to meet/exceed quota.
• Develop and manage a large sales pipeline.
• Identify and close new growth opportunities in enterprise SLED accounts.
• Deliver technical presentations of Rubrik solutions in complex environments.
• Co-sell with partners, distributors, and VARs to drive growth.
• Provide market feedback to Rubrik management on opportunities and channels.
