Job summary

Rubrik (RBRK), the Security and AI Operations Company, seeks a Regional Sales Direct for SLED in the Northeastern territory. You will own bookings growth, lead a team of 6 Account Executives, and steer pipeline development across public sector accounts.

Collaborating with Sales Engineering, Channel, and Product, you will exceed regional sales objectives, conduct executive-level selling, and accelerate regional pipeline by leveraging Rubrik’s partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology sales leadership experience.
• SLED procurement cycles and buying personas; Northeastern market experience preferred.
• Domain knowledge in data security, backup, cyber resilience, cloud infrastructure.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Agility and drive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, and inspire a team of 6 SLED Account Executives.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive territory strategy across Northeastern SLED accounts.
• Drive weekly forecasting practices and pipeline generation.
• Support AEs on complex deals, providing thought leadership and CxO relationship building.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, Channel, and partners.
• Align regional execution with broader corporate goals.
