Rubrik is seeking a motivated SLED Account Executive based in Minnesota or Iowa to drive bookings growth across the North Central SLED markets. You will own territory plans, manage a robust pipeline, and close new opportunities with enterprise accounts while collaborating with SEs, SDRs, and partners.

The role emphasizes hunting for net-new logos, leveraging partner ecosystems, and delivering complex technical solutions in data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of tech sales experience (IT infrastructure or SaaS).
• SLED experience in North Central markets.
• Proven track record landing net-new logos.
• Experience working with channel partners.
• History of sales over-achievement.
• Experience selling complex technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute territory plans to meet and exceed quota.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline for strategic transactions.
• Identify and close new opportunities across enterprise SLED accounts.
• Present Rubrik solutions within complex data center environments.
• Co-sell with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable growth.
• Provide market feedback to Rubrik management on opportunities and partnerships.
