Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

The role covers completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, inventory control, and documentation while supporting grounds and cost-control initiatives. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance and preventative work orders.
• Ability to diagnose and repair building systems and equipment.
• Familiarity with safety policies and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials and tools from maintenance department.
• Completes documentation for service requests.
• Assists with grounds, common areas, and amenities maintenance.
• Supports cost-cutting and efficient use of materials.
