Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle apartment and property maintenance tasks, respond to emergencies, and maintain safety and curb appeal across the property.

You will perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more, while delivering excellent customer service to residents and coordinating with the maintenance supervisor and property manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain clean, safe property and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Keep residents satisfied by upholding high standards of service and curb appeal.
• Maintain work orders and communicate issues to leadership.
