Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a broad range of apartment and property maintenance duties, reporting to the maintenance supervisor and property manager. Emphasis on customer service and curb appeal.

Responsibilities include repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds, plus proactive preventative tasks. Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address a range of apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by the supervisor and/or property manager.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance per state guidelines.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal; assist with emergencies and after-hours on-call when required.
