Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle apartment and property maintenance tasks and to uphold high standards of customer service and curb appeal at our properties.

You will perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, HVAC and grounds tasks, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety and cleanliness in common areas while supporting resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance functions including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC.
• General carpentry: wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, tile repair.
• Preventative maintenance: siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator, etc.
