Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep apartment properties in top condition and ensure excellent resident service. You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and other systems, while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal at the assigned property.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience, plus strong customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle apartment and property maintenance tasks as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and related systems.
• Perform proactive maintenance such as painting, lighting, and safety checks.
• Maintain work order system and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies and respond promptly to issues.
