Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to act as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of commercial clients. You will drive client retention, service expansion, and contractor management while delivering exceptional service.

This role offers a six-figure income with base salary plus bonus/commission and OTE $100k+. The incumbent will oversee the OS sales cycle, manage vendor performance, and lead Night Managers to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in client retention or service roles.
• Strong relationship builder with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client retention and service expansion by negotiating agreements and ensuring satisfaction.
• Own the complete OS sales cycle and client relationship from prospecting through onboarding and billing.
• Manage contractor and vendor performance, compliance, and agreements; enforce service standards and replace partners as needed.
• Supervise Night Managers, coordinate staffing, and ensure execution of service strategies and client needs.
• Conduct inspections, review client feedback, and implement corrective actions with teams to ensure consistent service quality.
