City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial clients, drive retention, and expand services. The FSM will manage contractors, oversee service delivery, and guide the OS sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding and billing.

We offer a competitive compensation package including base salary, monthly car allowance, monthly commissions, and quarterly bonuses, with a six-figure OTE potential.

Qualificações

• Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in client retention or service roles (3+ years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee client retention and service expansion, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Own the complete sales cycle and client relationship from prospecting to onboarding and billing.
• Manage contractor and vendor performance, compliance, and replace partners when needed.
• Supervise Night Managers and coordinate staffing to meet service goals.
• Conduct inspections, review client feedback, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with invoice collection and payments; keep client documentation up to date.
• Execute administrative tasks on time and in line with company standards.
• Lead the team in EOS standards and ensure compliance with core values.
