Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in account management, operations, customer success, or related field.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Comfortable with sales conversations and growing existing accounts.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and related tech.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within territory.
