City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of commercial clients. You will drive client retention, service expansion, and contractor management to ensure outstanding service delivery.

The role offers a six-figure income opportunity with a base salary, car allowance, commissions, and quarterly bonuses, targeting an OTE of $100k+ in the United States.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3+ years in client retention or service roles; service industry experience valued.
• OSHA 10-Hour training provided by the company after ramp period.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee client retention and service expansion by negotiating agreements and ensuring satisfaction.
• Own the complete OS sales cycle and client relationship from prospecting to onboarding and billing.
• Manage contractor and vendor performance, compliance, and partner replacements as needed.
• Supervise Night Managers, coordinate staffing, and ensure service execution.
• Conduct inspections, review feedback, and implement corrective actions with teams.
