Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation seeks a Workface Planner to develop and coordinate Construction Work Packages for active projects. You will ensure field crews have approved information, materials, and access before work begins, and align packages with lookahead plans and daily priorities.

In this role you will integrate with Construction leadership, Project Controls, and Document Control to maintain readiness, track progress, and support continuous improvement across multiple horizons and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum five years in industrial construction, EPC, or heavy industrial environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, isometrics, and related documents.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and typical project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Construction Work Packages and Installation Work Packages for field execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align packages with schedule and field readiness.
• Prepare look-ahead planning and weekly work plans; track progress and logs.
• Verify materials, tools, permits, and safety requirements are in place before release.
• Support schedule recovery and continuous improvement initiatives.
