Job summary

12 Primoris Energy Services Corp is seeking a Workface Planner to develop and coordinate Construction Work Packages for field execution. The role ensures teams have approved information, materials, tools, access, permits, safety, and quality requirements before work begins.

You will work with Construction, Field Engineering, Project Controls, and Procurement to align packages with lookahead schedules and field readiness, enabling on-time project delivery and compliant field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience preferred.
• Experience in construction planning, field engineering, or project controls.
• Ability to read drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and spell out scope documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Construction Work Packages for field execution.
• Break down scope into manageable packages by area and sequence.
• Coordinate with Construction leadership to align with field sequence and lookahead planning.
• Support 6 Week / 3 Week Look Ahead and Weekly Work Plan.
• Coordinate with Project Controls for schedule, progress, and reporting.
• Verify documents, drawings, RFIs, and procedures are current for packages.
• Identify obstructions and track readiness targets and logs.
• Prepare packages for leadership review and field release.
