Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Workface Planner to support installation planning for an API manufacturing facility in Houston, TX. You will plan IWPs and AWP, coordinate with engineering and field teams, and drive CWE initiatives to improve efficiency and safety on site.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5–12 years of relevant experience, strong scheduling skills using Primavera P6 or MS Project, and the ability to work in a field environment with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) with 5–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction planning, IWPs/AWP, and project controls.
• Knowledge of safety practices and field engineering environments.
• Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and manage Installation Work Packages (IWPs) and Advance Work Packaging (AWP).
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to remove constraints.
• Maintain planning data and schedules aligned with milestones.
• Analyze project metrics and recommend improvements to planning processes.
• Support CWE programs and contribute to training on workface planning.
