Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Workface Planner to transform project plans into executable field activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time construction delivery. You will align engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls to prepare work packages and optimize labor productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Technical Studies, or related field.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in construction planning and work packaging.
• Experience with EPC/EPCM, industrial projects, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead workface planning activities for construction, maintenance, turnaround, or capital project execution.
• Develop and maintain construction work packages to support field execution.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls to ensure work is ready before release to the field.
