Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking an experienced Workface Planner to develop and maintain Construction Work Packages for field execution. You will ensure resources, permits, safety, quality, and documents are ready before field work begins, coordinating with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, and Field teams.

You will support lookahead planning, look ahead reviews, and package readiness in a fast-paced project environment, driving efficiency, and minimizing delays on complex industrial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related discipline preferred; equivalent construction experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, P&IDs, isometrics, structural drawings, general arrangements, support details, and discipline-specific construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, short-interval planning, schedule logic, and field execution planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Construction Work Packages, Work Packages, and Installation Work Packages for field execution in accordance with project requirements.
• Break down construction scope into manageable packages by area, discipline, system, equipment, drawing set, or other approved method.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align packages with schedule, lookahead, and field readiness.
