Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Workface Planner to develop, coordinate, and maintain construction work packages for field execution. You will collaborate with Construction, Engineering, Document Control, Procurement, and Safety teams to ensure readiness and timely delivery of packages.

The role emphasizes strong planning, organization, and communication skills, with focus on field execution and lookahead planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial construction planning and field coordination.
• Ability to read drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and specifications.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and look-ahead capability.
• Proficiency with Excel and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction work packages for field execution.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, and Safety teams.
• Support lookahead planning and package readiness reviews.
• Track package progress and readiness metrics throughout execution.
• Support schedule recovery and continuous improvement efforts.
