Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Workface Planner for a field-based role on an active industrial construction site. You will link engineering, procurement, materials management, project controls, and construction teams to ensure complete, executable work packages that enable safe and productive field execution.

You will guide planning activities, coordinate readiness, and drive continual productivity improvements across the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction work packages for safe, efficient field execution.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls to ensure readiness before field release.
• Identify and remove constraints affecting productivity, schedule, or workforce efficiency.
• Review engineering deliverables to derive work package requirements.
• Ensure labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, and documentation are prepared before execution.
• Coordinate with Materials Management and Procurement to verify material readiness.
• Support workforce planning, labor forecasting, and resource optimization.
• Monitor work package readiness and maintain readiness reports and performance metrics.
• Support sequencing, execution strategies, and installation planning.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly planning and coordination meetings.
• Mentor planners and coordinators; drive continuous improvement in work packaging.
