• Advanced knowledge in construction planning and AWP.
• Experience delivering work packaging and scheduling for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains workface planning strategies aligned with sustainability and project execution frameworks.
• Creates detailed work packages integrating engineering, procurement and construction elements.
• Collaborates with engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure smooth handoffs from design to execution.
• Ensures alignment with contractual requirements, regulatory standards and policies.
• Analyzes project data to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provides guidance on sequencing, resources and scheduling to optimise productivity.
• Engages with stakeholders to communicate planning methodologies and progress updates.
• Uses data-centric tools to improve project visibility and decision-making.
• Supports continuous improvement in workface planning and AWP processes.
• Mentors junior planners to strengthen planning capabilities.
