Job summary

Worley is seeking a highly motivated Senior Workface Planner to provide leadership and project management support for construction execution using Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and Workface Planning principles.

This role ensures work is sequenced for safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution while meeting schedule commitments and contractual obligations. You will collaborate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Commissioning teams to deliver value across projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Typically 7+ years in construction, project execution, or workface planning.
• Experience developing IWPs and applying AWP methodologies.
• Strong understanding of construction execution and materials management.
• Knowledge of codes, standards and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workface Planning processes per AWP standards.
• Develop, review, and maintain IWPs for field execution.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure executable work fronts.
• Monitor readiness and mitigate constraints.
• Provide project management support to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare reports and communicate with stakeholders.
