Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Workface Planner to transform project plans into executable field actions. You will drive safety, schedule performance, and productivity by ensuring work packages are complete and ready for field execution.

In this high-visibility role, you will coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls, guiding teams to optimize labor and materials while meeting budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in construction planning, workface planning or project controls.
• Experience on EPC/EPCM or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead workface planning for construction and capital projects.
• Develop and maintain construction work packages for field execution.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and project controls to ensure executable work packages.
