Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead our Global WHS Program implementation and act as the site safety champion. You will conduct risk assessments, analyze incident trends, and drive safety improvements across operations while partnering with leadership to balance safety with productivity.

The role requires strong technical WHS expertise, collaboration, and the ability to influence across teams.

Qualificações

3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.
Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsabilidades

Lead the site’s Global WHS Program implementation and safety leadership across the operation.
Conduct risk assessments, analyze incident trends, and implement practical safety solutions.
Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
Influence safety culture through leadership plans and cross‑functional collaboration with Operations.
