Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead our global WHS program implementation and champion a safe work environment. You will blend hands-on safety management with strategic planning, partnering with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives across sites.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, incident trend analysis, audits, and managing first aid and emergency response programs. Travel 50-70% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Global WHS Program implementation and safety leadership.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data.
• Lead safety audits and drive improvements across operations.
• Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities.
• Engage associates and site leaders to improve safety culture.
