Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion the site's safety program and protect associates while driving operational excellence.

You will lead risk assessments, analyze safety data, implement proactive measures, and partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily work. Strong communication and leadership are essential in shaping our safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of WHS experience in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs.
• 3+ years in people and performance management, or 2+ years Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and safety leadership.
• Perform risk assessments, analyze incident trends, and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily work and drive safety culture.
