Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety across the site and drive the Global WHS Program. You will partner with Operations leadership to protect associates while sustaining productivity.

The role requires hands-on safety management, data-driven decision making, and strong communication to influence safety culture and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the site's WHS champion and lead the Global WHS Program implementation.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to guide improvements.
• Lead safety compliance efforts, site audits, and incident trend analyses to target improvements.
• Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities to ensure immediate care.
