Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead the Global WHS Program implementation and directly impact associate wellbeing while driving operational excellence.

You will partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations, conduct risk assessments, and guide safety initiatives across sites with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Global WHS Program implementation and act as safety champion.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical solutions.
• Drive safety initiatives with Operations leadership to integrate safety into the business.
• Manage our first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
