Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety, lead our Global WHS Program implementation, and protect associates while driving operational excellence. You will conduct risk assessments, analyze data, conduct site audits, and oversee first aid and emergency response capabilities.

You will collaborate with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations, drive culture change, and travel up to 50–70% across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Master's degree or above (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and safety culture development.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical solutions.
• Oversee safety compliance, site audits, incident trend analysis, and first aid/emergency response capabilities.
• Coordinate WHS training programs and partnerships with Operations leadership.
• Travel up to 50-70% and support multiple sites.
