Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety culture and drive the Global WHS Program across sites. You will lead risk assessments, data analysis, audits, and first aid/emergency response efforts while partnering with Operations leadership to balance safety and productivity.

The role requires 50-70% travel, strong communication, and proven experience in WHS management within manufacturing, production, or service operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and safety compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Perform site audits and manage first aid and emergency response capabilities.
• Travel 50-70% of the time and collaborate with Operations leadership to embed safety into operations.
