Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a flexible, customer-focused coordinator for on-site support across multiple service areas in the Boston region. You will cover printing, mail, courier, reception, and related tasks to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and willingness to travel between client locations. Full-time, on-site with OT as needed, and a focus on prompt, accurate service delivery.

Formación

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work with new teams.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• OT availability as needed.
• Must obtain required security/clearances to enter client premises.
• May require driving between client locations with a valid license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site customer service and support across multiple service areas.
• Ensure prompt reproduction and handling of print requests.
• Manage mail, courier, and reception tasks as needed.
• Maintain file rooms and record keeping.
• Provide device maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with account teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance.
