Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks an onsite Services Associate to support multiple client sites in the region, delivering prompt, friendly service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires flexibility to cover several locations and schedules on short notice.

Responsibilities include copy/print production, mail/courier, reception, file services, and basic device maintenance, with opportunities to collaborate across account teams and participate in cross-functional trainings.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Must be willing to learn new skills and interact with new teams on a regular basis.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work OT as needed.
• Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
• May require driving between multiple client locations, may also require a personal vehicle (valid driver\'s license and acceptable driving record necessary).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.

Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site assignments.
• Provides customer service and strives for customer satisfaction.
• Supports site coverage across multiple locations as needed.
• Collaborates with account teams to ensure smooth transitions and timely responses.
• Performs duties across Copy/Print Production, Mail/Courier, Reception, and File Services as assigned.
• Attends cross-functional trainings to be versatile when short-staffed.
