Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage the professional operation, administration, and quality assurance of on-site uniformed security for a client’s site. Pay rate is $22 per hour with weekly pay.

You will oversee staffing, training, and compliance, ensure contract requirements are met, and supervise personnel while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience in security.
• Ability to pass licensing or state requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Maintain minimal overtime and ensure contract compliance.
• Inspect personnel performance and service quality on shift.
• Support payroll, incident reports, and site post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and coordinate with management.
