Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee all on-site security operations for a client. The role covers staffing, training, scheduling, and performance to ensure quality service and contract compliance.

Starting pay is $25.25 per hour. Must have security supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass required licensing tests. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, with paid orientation and training.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for Allied Universal® personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure service quality.
• Support payroll, incident reporting, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and apply disciplinary actions as needed.
• Contribute to cost reduction and security postures via post orders.
