Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site: staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance for contract quality.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys or post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for direct reports.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates on duties and performance.
• Make productivity and cost-reduction recommendations.
