Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services at a client site. The role includes staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance at the location.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass required state licensing. Growth opportunities and weekly pay are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any required state licensing or training.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum supervisory experience in security; active-duty military or reserves acceptable.
• Associates degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site including staffing, scheduling, and training for AUS personnel.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel meet contract requirements.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance and service quality; ensure contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for subordinates; respond to client requests.
• Issue emergency notifications and provide direction to staff.
• Advise on disciplinary actions and productivity improvements.
