Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage the on-site security function, including staffing, training, and performance monitoring at a client site. Payrate is $23.75 per hour with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

The role requires 1+ year of security supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and being 21 or older. Responsibilities include supervision, training verification, scheduling, and client communications to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry; Associate's degree or higher.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions or commendations.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies; support post orders and security surveys.
