Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a client site. The role covers staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

You will monitor quality of service, handle related administrative tasks, and implement cost-effective improvements. Starting pay is $21/hour, with opportunities for guidance, training, and career growth within a large national security organization.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• One year supervisory experience in security preferred or associate degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security operations on-site, including staffing, scheduling and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain minimal overtime as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel for quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond promptly to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
• Make productivity and cost-reduction recommendations to management.
