Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client’s site.

The role includes staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance. You will manage payroll, incident reports, and site surveys, while guiding staff and implementing post orders. Pay is $21.49 per hour with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Preferred: supervisory experience in security or related field; associate degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies; follow site post orders.
