Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client’s site. Pay is $24.50 per hour with weekly pay and a focus on on-site leadership.

The role requires overseeing staffing, training, compliance, and client communication, along with payroll and incident reports. A high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience in security are required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any State-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Meets one or more: military service, police reserves, supervisory security experience, or advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions including staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract requirements for training and screening are met.
• Minimize overtime.
• Inspect personnel and performance for contract quality.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Issue emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
• Direct and coach subordinates; manage disciplinary actions and commendations.
• Suggest productivity improvements and cost reductions.
