Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor Full Time to lead on-site security operations for a client location. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and training, ensuring contract compliance and service quality.

The role includes coordinating payroll, incident reporting, and security surveys, with a focus on cost control, productivity, and effective communication with the client and team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel meet contract requirements.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel performance and service quality.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
