Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client’s site. The role will manage staffing, training, scheduling, and compliance to contract requirements.

The position pays $21.12 per hour and includes benefits for full-time employment. The Site Supervisor will lead on-site teams, monitor performance, coordinate payroll and incident reporting, and implement post orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Pass/state licensing required where applicable
• Pass state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in security
• Associate's degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling and training
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met
• Minimize overtime per AUS guidelines
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure service quality
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders
• Recommend personnel actions and disciplinary measures as needed
• Respond to client requests and incidents
• Provide clear direction to subordinates and enforce post orders
