Job summary

Webcor is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on our projects in San Francisco. You will plan, coordinate, and sequence work, procure materials, and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget completion with Webcor’s quality standards.

You will interface with clients, vendors, inspectors, PM and design teams, while mentoring staff and maintaining safety and QA/QC programs. OSHA-30 or equivalent safety credentials are required, BI-lingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credential required.
• Bi-lingual abilities a plus; self-perform experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and sequence field work across projects.
• Manage procurement of materials and oversight of subcontractors.
• Ensure on-time completion within budget and high quality standards.
• Maintain safety, QA/QC, and punch list regimes; interface with clients and teams.
• Lead, develop, and mentor team members; provide timely feedback.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
