Job summary

Webcor Construction, LP is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead safety and day-to-day field operations on major projects in Los Angeles. The role requires expert planning, coordination, sequencing of work, and procurement of materials to deliver projects on time and within budget while upholding Webcor’s quality standards.

You will supervise subcontractors and vendors, maintain schedule integrity, and represent Webcor in negotiations with owners and architects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically, ten years of construction experience with at least three years as a Superintendent.
• OSHA 30 certification; CPR and First Aid/CPR/AED training.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations and safety program on assigned project.
• Plan, coordinate, and sequence work; manage materials procurement.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors to meet budget and schedule.
• Represent the company in negotiations with owners, architects, and subs.
• Publish subcontractor schedule and participate in OAC meetings.
• Ensure monthly schedule reports and manage schedule changes.
• Develop site logistics and ensure QA/QC.
• Mentor team and promote positive culture.
