Job summary

Webcor Construction, LP is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for our Santa Barbara project to lead field operations, ensure safety, and coordinate scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor activities. This role requires strong collaboration with clients, inspectors, and design teams to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining Webcor’s high quality standards.

The candidate will mentor junior staff, manage daily logs, and support LDR reviews and QA/QC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required; CPR and First Aid training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce Webcor safety policy on site.
• Plan, coordinate, and sequence field operations.
• Procure materials and supervise subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare detailed daily logs and reports.
• Mentor junior staff and interface with clients and design teams.
• Assist in managing changes in schedule and scope.
