Responsibilities

• Lead overall planning and coordination of assigned projects.
• Inspect and monitor multiple jobsites for budget, schedule, and safety.
• Develop and implement improvements to safety policy and culture.
• Provide team guidance on buyout, procurement, and preconstruction alignment.
• Lead negotiations and manage relationships with owners, designers, and subs.
