Job summary

You will lead safety programs and ensure rigorous cost control, procurement, and document management throughout start-up, execution, and close-out phases.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus eight years of construction project experience; OSHA 10 is required, LEED

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Eight years’ experience managing complex construction projects.
• LEED AP and/or GA preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage site and office safety and ensure project execution on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and personnel.
• Develop, mentor and provide feedback to junior staff.
• Oversee cost reporting, procurement, change orders, and risk management.
