Job summary

Webcor seeks an experienced Superintendent to promote site safety and manage day-to-day field operations for assigned projects. You will plan, coordinate, sequence work, procure materials, and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery with Webcor quality.

You will interface with clients, vendors, inspectors and design teams; lead and mentor the team; maintain schedule integrity; manage changes, LDRs, and QA/QC programs; and contribute to design document reviews and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required; CPR/First Aid training provided if needed.
• Eight years of construction experience with leadership roles.
• Bi-lingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees safety policies and job-site cleanliness.
• Plans, coordinates, sequences work, and procures materials.
• Supervises subcontractors and vendors to meet schedule and budget.
• Interfaces with clients, inspectors, and design teams.
• Manages monthly schedule, changes in scope, and QA/QC program.
• Reviews cost reports and forecasting; tracks change orders.
